How we scope your part
Every enquiry is reviewed for manufacturability before we quote. If a design detail will drive cost or risk (a tolerance that forces a slower process, a finish with a long lead time, a material with limited local supply), we flag it early rather than after the first article.
We do not run our own machines. We qualify and manage a network of specialised shops so that each part is placed with a supplier that already does that kind of work every day. That is what keeps quality predictable and lead times honest.
